They fixed my rear disk gear back in March, something you have to take the rear tires off for. Went to a place to put new tires on last night and out of all 4, one of the rear tires lug nut wouldn't come loose. Tire place tried everything and told me to take it back to the last place that touched my wheels and said the lug nut might be cross threaded. Called Forrest, first they attempt to blame tire place "we can't touch someelse's work, they might have done something to it" Then after me, now getting irritated, due to the total lack if responsibility, explaining to the lady they were the last ones to touch my wheels they then say "we can take a look at it tomorrow but can't tell you a time". Forget it. You don't apologize, even if you feel in your own mind/head that it's "not your fault". It's still a level of professionalism that is lacking. Everyone makes mistakes, no one is perfect, we're all human. And I completely understand that and I was simply calling to rectify the situation. Seriously didn't need to get to this. Tire place asked last night who the last person was that touched it... didn't tell them. I'm not about that. But now I'm gonna review away..... it's the immediate lack of accountability I received from the very start of that phone call that did it.... really?! Do better. Btw. It's at a place now that is happy to fix your mess up, and just called saying that it's likely that it is in fact cross threaded.
