Vehicle Drop-Off Policy

If you're leaving your vehicle with us for the day, please plan for it to remain at our shop until closing unless you receive a call or text from us that it is ready earlier.

We understand many customers finish work before we close. However, our technicians and service advisors continue working on vehicles throughout the day until our closing time of 5:00 PM. For that reason, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will be ready when your workday ends.

If your vehicle is completed before 5:00 PM, we will contact you immediately so you can pick it up sooner. Otherwise, please plan to pick up your vehicle anytime before 5:00 PM.
